I’ve been on a smoothie recipe kick lately and I wanted to bring some of my fall favorites into it. This Healthy Pumpkin Protein Smoothie is a little taste of fall that you can have for breakfast! It tastes a great deal like a basic pumpkin pie filling or pudding, yet it's sufficiently slim to drink like a typical smoothie. I adore this smoothie since it packs in around 20 grams of protein with no protein powder (and in the event that you added a few, you could undoubtedly twofold that sum). 

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup plain Greek yogurt 
1cup ice
